Refund policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP at glitchbatart@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, I will be able to cancel and refund you. If your order has been shipped, you will need to return it to me before I can process your refund.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact me at glitchbatart@gmail.com with details of your request. If your return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If the item is defective, then I will either resend you a new product or send a refund, depending on the situation. If you receive the wrong item, I will send you the correct product at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks). Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
